We began in Nanjing in 2022 with a simple idea: a really good cheesecake should be an everyday pleasure.

Rich cheese. Carefully chosen ingredients. That unmistakable soft centre. We call it “cake freedom” — the freedom to enjoy something lovely, just because.

In July 2025, our story reached Paris. Now, we're bringing a little HOSO to London.
